Where is the Stage On Bay located?

What do I have to do to enter?

The venue is 18+. While you may enter if you are under the age of 21, you may not drink alcoholic beverages unless you are 21 or older. If you are found to be drinking by our security staff you will be asked to leave the premises.

What forms of age ID are acceptable?

Any state issued Driver’s License or Identity Card, as well as any Military ID or Passport is acceptable.  No academic or other privately issued ID cards are accepted.  If your identification is government issued and contains your picture — but has expired — our security staff has the discretion to accept it as proof of age.

What are your Alcohol Policies?

You must be 21 or older to buy and consume alcoholic beverages, and have acceptable proof of ID issued by a governmental agency.

You may not bring your own (outside) alcohol onto the premises. If you are found to be doing so you will be asked to leave the premises.

Additionally, you may not take alcohol that is purchased or served at The Stage from the premises.

If our management believes you to be intoxicated, we reserve the right to refuse you further service of alcoholic beverages.

What Are Your Security Policies?

Once you have entered The Stage and had your ticket scanned, THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY. If you have a special need or emergency necessitating an exit and re-entry please find a member of our management and/or security personnel.

Misconduct including fighting, underage drinking, and consumption of outside alcohol in The Stage will not be tolerated. If you engage in such conduct, you will be summarily expelled with no further warning, and you may be banned from the premises for up to one (1) year. Additionally, no weapons of any kind are tolerated at the The Stage. If you can’t take it on a plane, you can’t bring it to The Stage (excepting off-duty LEO’s).

To better implement this policy, we shall also undertake random review of customer purses and jackets, as well as a (gender specific) contact pat-down and/or non-contact wand of all patrons. We trust you understand these efforts are undertaken to insure the safety and enjoyment of our customers.

Do you offer convenient parking?

For Headline Concerts

The Stage has ample secure parking for your convenience and safety, with parking and security personnel on staff and on-site from the first arrival until the last departure.

Within our own complex, we have just over 60 parking spaces. On headline shows, this area is reserved for VIP parking, where you can literally park within our gates just feet from The Stage entrance for a reasonable $20.00 fee.

Immediately adjacent to The Stage (behind U.S. Gas), we have secured 150 additional parking spaces (again, with parking and security personnel) available for a reasonable $10.00 fee for headline shows.

And, less than one-block further west on Bay Street, we offer yet 50 more monitored parking spaces, also available for $10.00 each, and staffed with security personnel.

On Smaller Shows

For most non-headline smaller shows parking at The Stage will be complimentary or nominally priced.

What time do you usually open and close on Show Days?

The Stage generally opens 60 minutes (one hour) prior to the scheduled Show Time. Please check our Home Page and/or Facebook for specific Show Times, which may vary by concert and package

What about the handicapped?

We are fervent believers is accommodating the Handicapped (one of our owners is handicapped). For major shows, we establish a segregated Handicapped Area with chairs and room for wheelchairs.  We recognize you may want to be with your friends for the show, but we do ask that no more than one (1) guest accompany you into the Handicapped Area (so we may accommodate all handicapped patrons and their guests).

Please note there is no elevator access to our VIP Hospitality Mezzanine, but our Handicapped area is immediately adjacent to the stage.

Do you accept Debit and Credit Cards?

We do.  We have four POS systems on the Bar, as well as one in the Private VIP Hospitality Mezzanine. We also have an ATM in the showroom for your convenience.

Is the venue available for private party and event rental?
